Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networking.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates in the Tampa region.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
- High level of organization and attention to detail in resume screening.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local networking.
