Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct in-depth phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across Seattle-based companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics
- Participate in local job fairs and industry networking events to expand talent pool
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs and placement goals
- Availability to work 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling options
