- Manage client communication across time zones during overnight shifts
- Process payroll and compliance documentation for night shift assignments
- Coordinate emergency staffing requests from healthcare facilities
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and staffing metrics
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless handover of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong communication skills for late-night client interactions
- Familiarity with Boston's job market and industry sectors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (for occasional site visits)
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
