Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Conduct urgent candidate interviews and onboarding during night shift hours
- Coordinate with clients to resolve staffing emergencies and schedule adjustments
- Maintain real-time communication with field staff and supervisors via digital platforms
- Update and manage applicant tracking systems with night-specific candidate data
- Prepare daily staffing reports and analytics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations for overnight work arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in staffing, recruitment, or HR coordination
- Proven experience managing high-volume assignments under tight deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills for overnight client interactions
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn) and MS Office
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for staffing emergencies
