Our clients rely on us to find the perfect fit, and you will be the face of our brand, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and direct-hire placements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive sourcing and candidate screening via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key open requisitions.
- Represent Apex Talent Solutions at job fairs and networking events in the Dallas area.
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Track applicant data and maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting weekly KPIs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
