Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and local networking events.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate data and pipeline using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with account managers to understand client hiring requirements and job specs.
- Build and maintain a robust network of potential candidates in the San Diego region.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Lever).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet weekly targets.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for local networking.
