- Process orders, returns, and customer accounts efficiently and in compliance with company policy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line phones.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
