Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to solve the issue.
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently using our internal CRM systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality metrics.
- Assist with basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administrative support is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
