Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to meet monthly targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis office.
