Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of shipping containers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and order fulfillment processes.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and perform routine equipment inspections.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines at all times.
- Complete daily timekeeping and reporting tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for timekeeping and reporting systems.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred).
