Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across warehousing, logistics, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Manage candidate onboarding processes including documentation and compliance checks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand evolving staffing requirements
- Coordinate shift schedules and payroll processing for temporary night shift workers
- Implement retention strategies to ensure high placement success rates
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate pipelines and job requisitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruitment, or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with diverse populations
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail in documentation
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during night shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Knowledge of Arizona labor laws and compliance requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
