Responsibilities
- Manage Candidate Pipeline: Screen resumes and applications efficiently to identify top talent for urgent night-shift roles.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate logistics for interviews between candidates and hiring managers during evening hours.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with client hiring managers to discuss open requisitions and provide candidate feedback.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate information and generate weekly staffing performance reports.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation to ensure a smooth transition into their night shifts.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot staffing shortages and resolve urgent placement requests during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with flexibility for weekends.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR operations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Seattle-Based: Must reside within the Seattle metropolitan area or be willing to commute.
- Problem Solver: Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
