As a key member of our nocturnal team, you'll manage the end-to-end staffing process for our 24/7 industrial and logistics clients. Your expertise will ensure seamless shift coverage, compliance with labor regulations, and exceptional service delivery during critical overnight operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for night shift positions in manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics
- Source and screen qualified candidates through targeted outreach and job boards
- Conduct interviews and background checks during overnight hours
- Coordinate onboarding and placement for overnight staff across metro Atlanta
- Maintain compliance with federal labor laws and company policies
- Build and nurture relationships with night shift managers at client sites
- Track staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Provide 24/7 support for urgent staffing needs during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience, preferably in industrial or logistics sectors
- Proven ability to recruit for night shift or 24/7 operations
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Atlanta's industrial and logistics landscape
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make decisions during overnight hours
