Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via video conferencing
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain ATS records with precision
- Build relationships with clients requiring night shift staffing solutions
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for overnight assignments
- Monitor compliance with labor laws for night shift work arrangements
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift focus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Valid Washington State staffing license
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Available to work overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Knowledge of Seattle's night economy and key industries
- BS/HR or equivalent certification preferred
