Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions in warehousing, healthcare, hospitality, and logistics
- Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct interviews and assessments for overnight role candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and placement documentation
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
- Provide ongoing support to placed candidates and client companies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing experience
- Proven success placing candidates in night shift or 24/7 environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
