Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (social media, job boards, networking).
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full interview process, coordinating schedules between candidates and clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new temporary placements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or customer service is highly desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
