Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client openings within 24-48 hours
- Conduct high-volume interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through creative sourcing
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and market trends
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Leverage ATS tools and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at Austin networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruitment/staffing experience in Austin market
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, clinical, or financial roles
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize urgent hiring needs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
