Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates for immediate placement.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and social networking to identify passive candidates in the Atlanta market.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements and staffing needs.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate market insights to candidates and clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract details to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively.
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Atlanta Focus: Local knowledge of the Atlanta business community is highly preferred.
