Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across technical platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical positions
- Collaborate with team to optimize ATS workflows and candidate experience
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed technical assessments
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical recruiting experience in Chicago market
- Proven ability to source specialized tech talent (Python, AWS, React, etc.)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical understanding to evaluate candidate skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
