Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen qualified candidates for overnight positions in healthcare, warehousing, and hospitality
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate staffing records
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks during night hours
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent shift vacancies
- Provide onboarding support for newly placed night shift employees
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or staffing experience
- Exceptional communication skills with night shift adaptability
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Valid Florida driver's license (client visits required)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Knowledge of Miami's night shift labor market preferred
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
