Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for overnight and weekend positions across Los Angeles County
- Conduct late-night interviews and assessments via phone/video platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with 24/7 employers in healthcare, logistics, and entertainment
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems during overnight hours
- Coordinate same-day onboarding for urgent staffing needs
- Provide after-hours support to placed candidates and client partners
- Generate weekly staffing reports for morning management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience (night shift preferred)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication skills for remote overnight interactions
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management for coordinating urgent placements
- Experience in high-volume environments (healthcare/logistics a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
