Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for night shift positions across healthcare, logistics, and tech sectors
- Build and maintain relationships with Austin-based employers requiring night shift staffing solutions
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize recruitment strategies for night shift roles
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless candidate handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record placing candidates in Austin's night economy sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work late hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
