Responsibilities
- Screen and match qualified candidates to daily/temporary job openings
- Conduct in-person interviews at our downtown Albuquerque office
- Process same-day payroll for temporary workers via mobile app
- Build relationships with local businesses in Bernalillo County
- Manage candidate onboarding and documentation compliance
- Track workforce metrics and optimize placement efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
