Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse clients including Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments for technical and non-technical roles
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through exceptional service and results
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to agency-wide process improvements
- Represent the agency at industry events and professional networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience with federal government clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment KPIs and revenue targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
- Strong understanding of federal hiring processes and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
