Responsibilities
- Source and engage elite technical talent across software development, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ Oklahoma City tech clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide actionable market intelligence to clients
- Maintain 95% placement success rate through meticulous candidate matching
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech placements
- Expert knowledge of Oklahoma City's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong network of connections within Oklahoma's developer community
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
