Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for night shift positions in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain relationships with Boston-area employers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct late-night candidate interviews via video calls and in-person evening assessments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop night shift recruitment campaigns
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for overnight roles
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts labor regulations for night shift work
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with night shift focus
- Proven track record of placing candidates in healthcare, logistics, or manufacturing
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong knowledge of Boston's employment landscape and night shift industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Proficiency in ATS platforms like Bullhorn or Greenhouse
- Valid driver's license for occasional evening client meetings
