- Conduct virtual interviews during evening hours
- Manage candidate onboarding for night shift roles
- Coordinate with clients to fill urgent overnight staffing needs

- Provide 24/7 support to placed night shift employees

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and virtual interviewing skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage high-volume candidate pipelines
