Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and social media
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across Nashville industries
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from application to placement
- Utilize ATS to track candidates and ensure timely placements
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and placements
- Represent our agency at local networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 1+ years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proven track record of meeting performance metrics
