Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Develop strong client partnerships to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate hiring logistics
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system data
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs in volume hiring
- Expertise in behavioral interviewing techniques
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
