Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-caliber candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and logistics
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from client consultation to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients in Fresno County
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and technical evaluations
- Lead contract negotiations and placement agreements
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Strong Fresno County professional network
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Bullhorn)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
