Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for 15+ client accounts across manufacturing and healthcare sectors
- Conduct real-time shift coverage adjustments to maintain 100% client fulfillment
- Manage emergency staffing requests via dedicated overnight hotline within 15-minute response time
- Onboard and train new temporary hires during evening hours for immediate deployment
- Maintain accurate workforce records using our proprietary staffing management system
- Collaborate with day-shift managers to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Conduct weekly performance reviews for night-shift temporary employees
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience in industrial/healthcare environments
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling under pressure during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for addressing last-minute staffing disruptions
- Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Bullhorn, Kronos)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation for client site visits
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with night-shift supervisors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight shifts
