- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments for last-minute coverage needs
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for night shift candidates

- Monitor staffing performance metrics and client satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
