As a key member of our operations team, you will manage the intake and placement of temporary workers during the critical evening hours. Your expertise will ensure our clients receive seamless service while our staff enjoys a supportive and professional work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the intake of temporary workers for night shift assignments across multiple client sites in LA.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and performance evaluations for staff working overnight shifts.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and temporary employees regarding shift expectations and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, hours worked, and payroll data for the night shift workforce.
- Resolve operational issues and staffing shortages immediately to ensure business continuity.
- Onboard new hires efficiently, including paperwork and safety training compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or logistics operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and occasional weekend availability.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
