Responsibilities
- Screen & Interview Candidates: Conduct high-volume phone and video screenings for night shift positions to assess skills, availability, and cultural fit.
- Source Talent: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to build a robust pipeline of candidates available for late-night shifts.
- Manage Placements: Coordinate logistics for interviews, background checks, and onboarding for temporary and permanent night shift roles.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Client Communication: Communicate daily with hiring managers to understand evolving staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local New York labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
