Responsibilities
- Schedule Management: Manage the scheduling and placement of temporary staff for weekend shifts, ensuring coverage for all client needs.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate availability and resolving staffing issues immediately.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and shift logs within our applicant tracking system.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new temporary hires with paperwork and orientation before their first shift.
- Problem Solving: Quickly troubleshoot staffing shortages or scheduling conflicts during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, HR, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
- Reliability: A consistent track record of punctuality and dependability.
