Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend and urgent staffing needs
- Conduct in-person and virtual interviews on weekends
- Manage candidate pipeline using our proprietary ATS system
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across industries
- Facilitate weekend onboarding for new placements
- Analyze staffing metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at weekend job fairs and community events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience
- Proven track record of weekend shift availability
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Strong knowledge of Minneapolis job market dynamics
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
