Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for 15+ client locations across Las Vegas Valley
- Onboard and train temporary staff on client-specific protocols and safety standards
- Resolve staffing emergencies through rapid deployment of qualified candidates
- Maintain precise scheduling using our proprietary staffing management software
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with weekend staff and client managers
- Optimize shift coverage based on seasonal demand and event calendars
- Submit accurate payroll documentation and timesheet approvals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience or equivalent hospitality operations background
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) or scheduling software
- Strong conflict resolution skills with ability to de-escalate high-pressure situations
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 6am-10pm)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
