Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend staffing assignments for healthcare and logistics clients
- Interview and screen candidates for weekend shift positions
- Process payroll and timesheets for weekend staff
- Resolve client escalations and staffing issues on weekends
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and job postings
- Conduct onboarding for new weekend employees
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (7am-7pm)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Florida driver's license required
- Healthcare staffing background preferred
