Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing operations for 15-20 manufacturing clients
- Screen and schedule candidates for 2nd/3rd shift positions
- Resolve urgent staffing issues within 2-hour response time
- Conduct onboarding for night shift staff during evening hours
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless coverage
- Track and report staffing KPIs using ATS software
- Build relationships with Milwaukee-based manufacturers
Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven ability to manage overnight operations
- Strong knowledge of Milwaukee manufacturing sector
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional problem-solving under pressure
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred
