Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy temporary staff to client sites across Fort Worth's night shift operations
- Manage real-time staffing emergencies and last-minute assignment fulfillment
- Process payroll and timesheets for overnight employees with precision
- Build and maintain relationships with night shift supervisors and facility managers
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor regulations for overnight work
- Monitor staffing KPIs and optimize shift coverage using our proprietary scheduling software
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or logistics coordination experience
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving staffing conflicts under pressure
- Proficiency in workforce management software and MS Office Suite
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally for equipment checks
- Spanish bilingual preferred for diverse client interactions
