Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify candidates for overnight assignments via phone, video, and in-person interviews
- Coordinate staffing schedules for 24/7 operations including hospitals, warehouses, and manufacturing plants
- Process payroll and documentation for temporary night shift employees
- Resolve urgent staffing gaps during overnight hours with 15-minute response times
- Maintain compliance with federal labor laws and company safety protocols
- Build relationships with overnight supervisors at client sites
- Generate weekly performance reports for staffing efficiency metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing agency or HR experience
- Proven ability to work autonomously during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish certification preferred
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Pass background check and drug screening
