Responsibilities
- Recruit, vet, and onboard candidates for night shift positions across Boston metro area
- Coordinate staffing schedules with 24/7 client operations and healthcare facilities
- Manage payroll processing and compliance for night shift workforce
- Build relationships with Boston-based healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Implement retention strategies for night shift workers with unique scheduling needs
- Track staffing metrics and optimize placement efficiency using ATS systems
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Massachusetts night shift labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift specialization
- Deep knowledge of Boston's night shift labor market and industries
- Strong understanding of Massachusetts labor laws and overtime regulations
- Proven ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license for client site visits across Boston
