Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments across 15+ client accounts
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and emergency fill requests
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks for night shift candidates
- Maintain compliance with state labor regulations for overnight work
- Build relationships with key healthcare and logistics operations managers
- Generate performance reports for night shift workforce utilization
- Train new staff on night shift protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift experience
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong conflict resolution skills for overnight staffing emergencies
- Valid New Mexico driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- OSHA certification for industrial safety preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
