Responsibilities
- Coordinate and fill urgent client staffing requests during overnight hours across San Antonio metro area
- Screen, interview, and place candidates in healthcare, logistics, and industrial night shift positions
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and candidates via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Update and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data and job placements
- Resolve staffing emergencies and schedule adjustments with 24-hour turnaround
- Collaborate with day shift team to ensure seamless staffing coverage and service continuity
- Monitor industry trends to optimize night shift recruitment strategies and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience with proven night shift or 24/7 environment background
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport via phone and digital channels
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for urgent staffing challenges and schedule conflicts
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client/candidate meetings
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency strongly preferred for diverse San Antonio market
