Responsibilities
- Coordinate overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients across the Greater Seattle area
- Screen and interview candidates during night hours, ensuring rapid deployment for urgent staffing needs
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments and emergency staffing requests between 10 PM and 6 AM
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and compliance documentation for night shift positions
- Act as primary overnight liaison between clients, candidates, and day shift operations teams
- Monitor staffing metrics and optimize overnight workforce allocation based on demand patterns
- Implement innovative retention strategies for night shift talent in competitive Seattle market
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport during unconventional hours
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software like Bullhorn or Workday
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record for client site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure during overnight hours
- Deep understanding of Washington labor laws and overnight shift compliance requirements
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation highly valued
