Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage passive candidates for various industries.
- Client Consultation: Conduct evening calls with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct professional phone screens and evening interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and availability.
- Placement Management: Facilitate the onboarding process, coordinate background checks, and manage timesheets for temporary and direct-hire placements.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System and generate weekly reports on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR coordination.
- Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and MS Office Suite.
- Reliability: Proven track record of attendance and punctuality in previous roles.
