Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deploy qualified personnel to 24/7 manufacturing facilities and distribution centers across Wichita
- Manage real-time staffing schedules and emergency coverage for critical night shift assignmentsConduct thorough candidate screening, background checks, and onboarding for night shift roles
- Monitor compliance with OSHA and industry-specific safety protocols during overnight operations
- Maintain detailed staffing records and generate performance analytics for client reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for night shift managers and facility supervisors
- Implement retention strategies for high-demand night shift positions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in staffing, HR, or industrial coordination
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling under pressure
- Strong knowledge of Wichita's manufacturing/logistics landscape preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work night shift hours
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean driving record
