Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight staffing assignments for 15+ healthcare and logistics clients
- Manage real-time scheduling adjustments using our proprietary ATS platform
- Conduct phone/video interviews with night shift candidates between 10 PM - 6 AM
- Resolve urgent staffing emergencies through rapid candidate mobilization
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and industry-specific night shift regulations
- Analyze staffing metrics to optimize overnight coverage efficiency
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless transition of critical assignments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities during high-pressure situations
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Strong knowledge of New Orleans' labor market dynamics
- Experience with healthcare staffing compliance preferred
- Spanish language skills highly desirable
