Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and place qualified candidates for overnight shifts in 3rd-party logistics facilities
- Manage client relationships and staffing needs for 24/7 operations across Chicagoland
- Conduct virtual interviews and background checks for night shift applicants
- Coordinate onboarding and payroll processing for temporary staff
- Track KPIs including fill rates, retention, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless 24/7 coverage
- Resolve staffing emergencies and last-minute shift coverage needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing/recruitment with night shift or 24/7 industry experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in logistics, healthcare, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Chicago's night shift labor market trends
- Exceptional communication skills for client/candidate interactions
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
