Responsibilities
- Manage overnight staffing assignments for healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing clients
- Process payroll and timesheets with 100% accuracy
- Conduct candidate interviews and background checks during evening hours
- Coordinate emergency staffing coverage and last-minute replacements
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and safety protocols
- Build relationships with night shift managers at partner companies
- Utilize ATS software to track candidate pipelines and job orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years staffing/recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Florida labor laws and night shift regulations
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for urgent staffing needs
- Valid driver's license with clean record for client site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Preferred: SHRM-CP certification or staffing industry credentials
